4. Cancellation by Instructor

If an instructor cancels a class, you will receive a full refund or can reschedule at your convenience.

If technical issues prevent class attendance, document the issue and contact support for a resolution or refund.

6. Non-Refundable Items

Platform fees and taxes may be non-refundable. Completed classes are not eligible for refunds.
